How It Works

Once we've agreed on scope and you've approved a direction, I get to work. You'll see progress along the way and have the chance to give feedback before anything goes live.
After final approval, your site goes live on your domain with HTTPS enabled. If you choose to host with us, it's monitored and maintained from that point forward.

Frequently Asked Questions
There are two costs: a one-time build fee ($150/hr, 2-hour minimum) to design and build your site, then $15/month to keep it hosted and running. If the build runs longer than 2 hours, it simply continues at $150/hr until the site is complete — no surprise fees or separate charges on top of that.
Not at this time. We currently work with customers within the United States only. Keeping things domestic simplifies billing, communication, time zones, and support — which means a better experience for everyone involved.
All sites we host are routed through Cloudflare, which sits in front of our servers and provides DDoS protection, bot filtering, and security monitoring. It's a non-negotiable part of our hosting setup — it keeps your site (and our infrastructure) protected. The good news: Cloudflare's free tier covers everything you need, and we handle the configuration during your build at no extra cost.
Great — keep it. Pointing your existing domain to the new site is handled as part of the build. If you need a new domain registered, we take care of that too — all within the 2-hour setup.
Updates are billed at the same $150/hour rate, prorated — no minimum. If a change takes 15 minutes, you're billed for 15 minutes.
Yes. If you pay for a full year upfront, hosting is $150/year — that's a $30 savings compared to paying month-to-month. It's the same service either way, just a better rate for the commitment.
Yes. Hosting is month-to-month with no contracts. Give us notice before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged again. Your site is yours — every file, every page, every image. If you ever want to move to a different host or take the site in-house, we'll hand everything off to you, no questions asked.
Not at this time. We specialize in informational websites — the kind that tells customers who you are, what you offer, and how to reach you. If you need a shopping cart, checkout flow, or payment processing, we'd recommend platforms built specifically for that (Shopify, Square Online, etc.).
That depends on the scope and how quickly you can provide the content (text, photos, logo). A straightforward 4–6 page informational site typically comes together in 1–2 weeks once we have everything we need from you.
